As one of the leading repair facilities in the Tri-State area for over 60 years, Mack Camera and Video Service has been authorized by manufacturers to perform manufacturer warranty repair work for specific models for the following major manufacturer’s.

If your equipment is still covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty and in need of repair service, you may send in your equipment, with a copy of your dated bill of sale, and we will honor your manufacturer warranty.
Factory Trained Repairs
Your equipment, covered by the Mack Extended Service Contract, will be repaired to manufacturer specifications by our factory-trained technicians. Our technicians are factory trained to perform repairs on the following equipment:

The specific repair work performed on film camera products and lenses are guaranteed for 6 month from the date of completed repair. Repairs performed on all other products are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of completed repair.
If you wish to have your equipment serviced, you may either ship your equipment directly to Mack Camera Service or walk it into our repair facility at 200 Morris Avenue in Springfield, New Jersey. Before you send in your product, write down your Model Number and Serial Number for future reference and please be sure to securely pack your item for shipment.
