I purchased my warranty November 2007 for my D300, does that mean I have a Diamond Warranty?

Not necessarily. You would have to check your warranty card to see if it is a standard, pro, ultimate or diamond.

So liquid damage means if a camera falls into water? It sounds logical but just making sure I’m not missing the point :)

I just purchased the 3 yr diamond service contract and was told at the store that it covered water damage ,like dropping in a lake. I need you to confirm this asap.

    Mary,

As stated, as long as it is accidental it will be covered. If we can prove that it was done intentionally then it is a different story.
