All you Photoshop, Lightroom, Aperture and iPhoto fans out there.  If you have never heard of the Topaz Labs plugins now is the time to check them out.  Topaz Labs has just released Topaz Adjust 4.  Not only is it a fast and powerful Photoshop plugin but with the addition of Topaz Fusion you can use the plugins in your favorite photo editing softwares.
