Repair Estimates

All repairs must be arranged through our on-line form prior to shipping.

For customers with an expired extended service contract or no extended service contract, there is a $45.00 estimate fee. Please note, should you choose to approve the estimate, the $45.00 fee will be applied to the cost of repair and we will include free return shipping, within the continental United States.

If you are unsure if your product is still covered under the extended service contract, please refer to your service contract card and dated bill of sale for your coverage details.

Please note, your extended service contract does not cover products that have been tampered with by unauthorized persons, misused, neglected, or damaged (i.e. impact, sand, or liquid). Accessories are not covered unless otherwise specified in the Mack Extended Service Contract. Accessories include, but are not limited to, external flashes, data backs (which are not built into the equipment), batteries, loss of film (or tapes), lens caps, rear caps, filters, ac adapters or other external cords. Please refer to the individual contract you wish to purchase for a complete list of coverage terms and conditions.
