The photos show up on a map in iPhoto (Mac only) which is really interesting. Because I didn't want to invest in another device, I searched for an app to be used with my iPhone 3G. There are a bunch of apps that track your location, but the one that fits my needs best is <a href="http://www.galarina.eu/GeoLogTag/Home.html" rel="nofollow">GeoLogTag</a>. Gives me a lot of value for $5 and the developer is responded very fast to additional questions I had. I also started geotagging my photos a few months ago and I really like it.
